Join us to showcase your organization, connect with current and future parents, and build community. Birth Fest Milwaukee will provide exposure and the opportunity to reach new potential customers and interact with event attendees one-on-one. You can use your exhibitor space to share products and services, generate brand awareness, and collect contact information for new leads.   • Pregnancy, birth, and parenting are very personal experiences and most parents want as much information as possible to make decisions that are right for them. Birth Fest Milwaukee offers just this opportunity – the largest pregnancy and parenting conference in SE Wisconsin. This event allows you as an exhibitor to connect with families face-to-face, build your brand and credibility, and provide meaningful information to parents. There are multiple options to connect with attendees: exhibitor tables on the main event floor, large group presentations. Apply now to be part of this unique opportunity that only takes place once a year in Milwaukee.

  • When: Birth Fest Milwaukee 2024 will take place on August 3, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Exhibitor set up will begin at 9:00 a.m.

    Where: Mount Mary University, Bergstrom Hall. The space features a large exhibit hall with individual exhibitor tables.

    The event is handicap accessible, professional AV available for presenters, and ample free parking and accessible by bus.

  • No one is allowed to tear down and leave early. All exhibitors MUST be prepared to stay the entire time. Everyone must vacate premises by 2:00 p.m.

    Only one exhibitor per table

    Your logo will be listed on our webpage and social media

    All exhibitors receive:

    -6 foot table

    -two chairs

    -promotion of their business on social media

    -opportunity to meet potential clients

    -local networking

    -and more!

  • There are a limited number of spots for each category to ensure a meaningful mix of exhibitors at the event for attendees. Applications will be received by May 18th and decisions will be made by May 22nd.

    Application deadline: May 18, 2024

    Exhibitor selection and notification: May 22, 2024
