Join us to to showcase your organization, connect with current and future parents, and build community. Birth Fest Milwaukee will provide exposure and the opportunity to reach new potential customers and interact with event attendees one-on-one. You can use your vendor space to share products and services, generate brand awareness, and collect contact information for new leads.

Birth Fest 2023 is hosted at Cardinal Stritch University, Bonaventure Hall, featuring a large exhibit hall with individual vendor tables, an adjoining presentation hall with space for large group events and workshops, as well as two breakout classrooms for small group presentations or one-on-one meetings with clients. Cardinal Stritch has also graciously offered to provide their chapel as a meditative space and memorial service for all that have lost a baby during pregnancy or infancy.

The event is handicap accessible, professional AV available for presenters, and ample free parking and accessible by bus.

Pregnancy, birth, and parenting are very personal experiences and most parents want as much information as possible to make decisions that are right for them. Birth Fest Milwaukee offers just this opportunity – the largest pregnancy and parenting conference in SE Wisconsin, this event allows you as a vendor to connect with families face-to-face, build your brand and credibility, and provide meaningful information to parents. There are multiple options to connect with attendees: vendor tables on the main event floor, large group presentations, and for more personalized connections that may need a bit of privacy (e.g., an individual private intro consult), space in a breakout classroom. Apply now to be part of this unique opportunity that only takes place once a year in Milwaukee. There is only limited number of spots for each category to ensure a meaningful mix of vendors at the event for attendees. Spots will be given out on “first come, first serve” basis.   • We will be limiting the number of similar businesses to create a diverse fest experience
  • Only one business per table
  • Your logo will be listed on our web page.
  • Notification as to participation awarded will be by May 15
  • Payment must be received by June 1 to secure your spot
  • Certain businesses may need to submit additional credentials upon request.
  • The event runs from 10:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. Vendor set up will begin at 9am.
  • No one is allowed to tear down and leave early. All vendors MUST be prepared to stay the entire time. Everyone must vacate premises by 2pm.
  • Food may be available for purchase from food truck vendors and/or the Friendship Circle Cafe
  • We do not grant any refunds if you decide to no longer partake in Birth Fest Milwaukee
