Birth Fest Milwaukee offers just this opportunity – the largest pregnancy and parenting conference in SE Wisconsin. This event allows you as an exhibitor to connect with families face-to-face, build your brand and credibility, and provide meaningful information to parents. There are multiple options to connect with attendees: exhibitor tables on the main event floor, large group presentations, and for more personalized connections that may need a bit of privacy (e.g., an individual private intro consult), space in a breakout classroom. Birth Fest Milwaukee exhibitor information
Birth Fest Milwaukee 2023 will take place on July 15, 2023 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Cardinal Stritch University, Bonaventure Hall. The space features a large exhibit hall with individual exhibitor tables, an adjoining presentation hall with space for large group events and workshops, as well as two breakout classrooms for small group presentations or one-on-one meetings with clients.
The event is handicap accessible, professional AV available for presenters, and ample free parking and accessible by bus.
Important Exhibitor Details:
- The event runs from 10:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. Exhibitor set up will begin at 9:00 a.m.
- No one is allowed to tear down and leave early. All exhibitors MUST be prepared to stay the entire time. Everyone must vacate premises by 2:00 p.m.
- Only one exhibitor per table
- Your logo will be listed on our webpage
- Food may be available for purchase from food truck vendors and/or the Friendship Circle Cafe
Main Exhibit Hall Table: $200 (reduced rates for non-profits, government, and BIPOC owned businesses available upon inquiry)

Additional space in break-out rooms for 1:1 one consult (per hour): $50
Refunds will not be offered if you decide to no longer participate in Birth Fest Milwaukee.
Exhibitor application and selection process
There are a limited number of spots for each category to ensure a meaningful mix of exhibitors at the event for attendees. Spots will be given out on “first come, first serve” basis. Certain businesses may need to submit additional credentials upon request.
Application deadline: May 1, 2023 (late applications may be considered if space still available)
Exhibitor selection and notification: May 15, 2023
Payment deadline: June 1, 2023 (required to secure your spot)
